My Practice
My psychotherapy practice is representative of the multicultural environment of Los Angeles. Many of the people I see come from the creative or dramatic arts, especially those in the music, film and television industry. I enjoy working with a variety of people, ranging in age from late adolescence to seniors. Relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and problems with creative processes are the most common concerns for those who seek therapy with me. I also work regularly with those challenged by the emotional impacts of life transitions such as divorce, career change, postpartum changes, parenting problems, empty nest syndrome, employment issues, and retirement.
